Refund & Return Policy

At Splash Games your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Guidelines

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in its original packaging (including shrink wrap). Items must also include proof of purchase. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Once approved, the return must be completed within the following 15 days.

Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a $5 USD processing fee to cover handling and restocking.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email truthordaredate@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Be sure to clearly mark your RMA number on your package - returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
